A guide made for a remote

TellyboxTV is a TV-first player for people who already have an authorised IPTV provider. It gives you a proper guide, a channel list you can actually tidy, and one account across your phone and TV.
They can play a stream, but the everyday parts are clumsy. The channel list is a wall of duplicates. The guide is hard to read from across the room. Favourites and progress do not follow you to another device. You spend more time fixing the app than watching anything.
TellyboxTV is being built around the parts you use every day: finding a channel, seeing what is on next, hiding the categories you never watch, and getting back to something you started last week.
A fixed channel column, a clear timeline and programme details you can read from the sofa. No squinting at a desktop layout stretched onto a TV.
Hide whole categories, group duplicate sources and put favourites first. This is a core part of the app, not a buried settings screen.
Link a phone and a TV to the same account. Favourites and watching progress follow you. Device allowances are registered devices, not simultaneous streams.
Add an M3U playlist link or Xtream Codes details. TellyboxTV checks the connection before saving it, then keeps your provider details encrypted in the browser. The app does not sell, bundle or supply a provider subscription.
Read the M3U and Xtream setup guide for the details you need before you start.
Solo is free with one registered device and no ads. Duo is £5 and Family is £10 for 12 months, both one-off payments. TellyRelay is a separate £20 annual add-on for an alternative HTTPS route to your own provider. None of them include content, and none renew automatically.
Device allowances control how many devices can be registered to the account. They are separate from the simultaneous connection limit on your provider account.
TiviMate is a long-established IPTV player with a lot of features. If you want a mature app with years of history, it may be the better fit. TellyboxTV is different: it is an alpha, it is built around a TV-first interface, and it adds a one-off annual plan, an optional relay and a reseller panel.
We would rather be honest about that than pretend every app is the same. Try the free Solo plan and see whether the guide and channel tools suit the way you watch. If they do not, you have lost nothing.
Yes, on compatible Google TV and Android TV devices. The TV app is installed as an APK, either from your phone or with Downloader. See the TV installation guide.
Yes, within your plan's registered device allowance. Solo allows one device, Duo two and Family five. Unlink an old device before adding another if you have reached the limit.
No. There is no subscription, playlist or channel list included. You need your own authorised provider.
No. Duo, Family and TellyRelay are one-off annual purchases. Solo is free with no ads. Nothing renews automatically.
It is an alternative for people who want a TV-first alpha app with channel tidy-up tools, a one-off annual plan and an optional relay. TiviMate is a separate, long-established product; check its own site for its current features.
Create a free Solo account, install the app and add your provider. If you run a reseller business or a hotel site, start with the reseller and hospitality pages.
