What a deployment can include
- Android TV and Google TV app: a remote-first interface for compatible TVs and boxes.
- Multi-device accounts: room, property or site-based device allowances, managed from the web panel.
- Reseller-style administration: invitations, renewals, suspension and support without sharing account passwords.
- Self-hosted catalogue: personal Dispatcharr or M3U setups where the site keeps control of its own source.
- Optional TellyRelay: an alternative HTTPS route to the site's own provider when a direct connection is unreliable.
- Phone and TV: the same account can be used on a phone for setup and on the TV for viewing.
What we will not pretend
TellyboxTV is not a content supplier, a hotel PMS, a full billing platform or a turnkey middleware product. The current app is alpha software. A site still needs its own authorised provider, a working network and the right to show the content it receives.
Custom branding, room billing, check-in integration and large multi-site rollouts are not standard features. If you need them, tell us early. We will say whether they are realistic for the current alpha or whether you need a different product.
That honesty is deliberate. A bad fit is worse for both sides than a polite no.

- the number of rooms or screens, and the country;
- the Android TV hardware you already have, if any;
- your provider setup and whether it is self-hosted;
- whether you need guest Wi-Fi, VLANs or a separate network;
- any branding, billing or check-in requirements;
- your timeline and whether this is a pilot or a full rollout.
We will reply with what the current alpha can do, what it cannot, and the next step if it is a fit.
Hospitality IPTV questions
Does TellyboxTV provide content for hotels?
No. TellyboxTV supplies the app and management layer. Each site must have its own authorised provider and the rights to show that content.
Can each room have its own device allowance?
Yes. Accounts can be structured with multiple registered devices, and a reseller-style panel can be used to manage rooms or customer accounts.
Can we use our own Dispatcharr instance?
Self-hosted Dispatcharr and personal catalogue setups can be discussed as part of a deployment. The app can act as the viewing layer while you keep control of the catalogue.
Do you offer full hotel middleware, billing or PMS integration?
Not as a standard product. The current alpha focuses on the TV app, account access and management panel. Custom integrations are discussed case by case.
